The flat is located in a quiet area with immediate access to a lot of services (public transport,hospital,shops,cafeterias,city highlights, such as the symbolic football stadium). The whole neighborhood has been recently renovated. The apartment is in an old concrete building with lift, recently refurbished (e.g.facades&roofs),next to several new buildings, and to a big pedestrian area with a children playground. The access to the flat via the parking area is still pending renovation. The location is excellent for a quick entrance and exit from the city by car through the highway. Apart from the excellent access to the full set of public transport means of the city (for moving inside and outside the city to multiple destinations (e.g.airport, Vitoria, San Sebastián,Cantabria,etc.)), from the apartment, you will be able to start a good no.of nice walking routes to visit the city and its main highlights. Apart from the free parking area, you will also have the option to park close to the building (street parking, during some periods by paying a fee, or in pay garages (24 h.parking in Bilbao Intermodal)
