Urban chic design in a privileged location. Premium flat in a privileged location in the Barrio Santa Cruz, a picturesque area in the historic center of Sevilla. A few steps from the Alcázar, the Cathedral, tapas bars and chic restaurants. There are two elevators and a rooftop swimming pool, a real privilege in this area. The apartment has plenty of sunlight, a stylish bathroom with shower, a beautiful living room and a kitchen fully equipped with design appliances, and a sofa bed. Air conditioning throughout the flat. You will have access to the rooftop anytime during the year and the community swimming pool just during the Summer Season (from June to end of September). The main entrance goes straight to a typical Sevillian patio where you could take some pictures. There are two elevators and the building is wheelchair accessible. We offer basic breakfast with Nespresso coffee and a selection of teas. On request, we can provide you full breakfast for a small additional fee. You can use the wifi for free, Nespresso coffee maker. The flat is wheelchair accessible.

You also know that you have someone you can trust if you have questions about activities, events, local restaurants and anything you need in the city.
Compact, rich in history and famous for its flamenco, tapas bars and orange trees, Seville is an ideal destination. Stay in the city’s old town to explore the cobbled streets of the Santa Cruz quarter and the breathtaking Alcázar Palace. Soak up the atmosphere on the banks of the Guadalquivir, and admire the views from the ancient cathedral tower and recently opened Parasol Metropol. Santa Cruz, is the primary tourist neighborhood of Seville, Spain, and the former Jewish quarter of the medieval city. Santa Cruz is bordered by the Jardines de Murillo, the Real Alcázar, Calle Mateos Gago, and Calle Santa María La Blanca/San José. The neighborhood is the location of many of Seville's oldest churches and is home to the Cathedral of Seville, including the converted minaret of the old Moorish mosque Giralda.
