It was my third sojourn at this place, so I felt like home. Why each time I choose La Perla (1 or 2)? Because due to its location it has all advantages of being pretty close to the beach and in a short distance to the center of El Medano. The neighbourhood is quiet, but not deserted. The size of the appartment, the standard of the equipment made our one week stay as comfortable as possible. Jorge, the owner, is the best host you could imagine. Always in touch, always helpful and eager to give advice and reccommendation in terms of El Medano's restaurants, trips, etc. Will come back asap...

IrelandThe appartement was very clean and cosy. Sleeping was quiet and the stay was relaxing. Swimming pool was refreshing and clean. The appartement was secured by electronic security so we felt safe. There is Krups coffe machine so you can just buy capsules in the supermarket cca 400 meters away and enjoy perfect coffe. Everything you need for living is there. It is so close to the village center to buy stuff and eat in restaurants but not too close to be disturbed by noise - perfect I think. There is free private parking place in the underground garage and also many free parking places in the street. The balcony is situated to the street and you can see Pico del Teide and sea a little. Communication with the owner was excellent.
