We got an upgrade and had a wonderful apartment with a roof terrace. What more can you want. Pauline was super nice and super helpful with every inconvenience that occurred during our stay (we had to leave early due to COVID) and everything was nice and clean the day we arrived. The apartment had everything you could wish for including a parking garage and international TV-programs. The WiFi was working perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. I can only recommend a stay here.

Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Beds are comfortable. It had all the kitchen utensils, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of towels and other equipment. Supermarket in close proximity, beach in 3 min walk, 10 min walk to the city center. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday!

SwitzerlandThe apartment was comfy and clean and had everything you could require for a perfect holiday. The apartments have a large shared pool which was generally very quiet. Close proximity to a sandy beach (Cabezo) which is a superb for windsurfing or for just lounging in the sun. The centre of El Medano has a very Spanish vibe, plenty of shops and restaurants and is a short 10min walk away.

I am a 50 something scot, who, after 20 years of holidaying in El Medano moved here permanently to live the peaceful life in the sun; 20 years later here I still am happy and proud to be able to offer truly pretty , clean and comfortable homes to others.
Property info
La Perla is a brand new complex with 25 meters long swimming pool and extensive solarium situated on the coast in El Medano 100 m from Cabezo beach, 400 m from Playa Sur beach. Apartment La Perla A has a privileged position on the second level looking out over the ocean; facing south west it is bathed in sunlight from around noon until sun set. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, (one king-sized double, one twin), bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, eating area etc), comfortable lounge with fast broadband optic fibre WiFi 300Mb and 43' TV with internationals channels and a furnished balcony facing the ocean. There is also private underground parking and board/bike storage.

El Medano, situated on the south coast of Tenerife, is a quaint spanish village boasting three beautiful sandy beaches - Playa Pelada, Playa Sur and Playa Tejita. Sunny all year round with average temperatures of +23C, El Medano offers a safe, friendly and family orientated destination. In El Medano we have wind- and kitesurf schools, bike hire. There are also plenty of possibilities to go trekking, mountain climbing, visiting museums, enjoying local culture, for example: in February Carnaval, in March the Canarian Folk Festival, in March Semana Santa (Easter) and much more.
