Just a wonderful location, overlooking the sea from the heights of the hill. Beautiful room, spacious balcony, lovely cafe/bar on ground floor. Fantastic hosts who were very welcoming and generous.
IrelandWhat an amazing find this place was. Nestled in the narrow streets near the Moorish castle. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with lovely facilities & breathtaking views from both the balcony in the room & the roof terrace. The host Enrike & his staff are very welcoming & friendly & very helpful. Our dining experience out on the sun drenched terrace was amazing, with superb food & spectacular views. This place is definitely 1 to seek out & find if you stay in this beautiful part of Spain. We fully intend to return!!
United KingdomThe view from the balcony is stunning, depending on the time of day it changes, but always beautiful. The room was spotless and beautifully presented, it was a pleasure to stay here. Salobreña is beautiful with a small range of very good bars and restaurants. The castle which is just metres away from La Roka is interesting and well worth a visit.
United KingdomWe stayed in the studio of this 3 room guest house. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It felt like a 5 star hotel room including daily cleaning service. The views from the roof terrace were breathtaking. If you stay here a dinner at the restaurant below is a must. The food really is something special. Enrike and Victoria are amazing hosts and our waitress Maria was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!!

United KingdomThe whole place was beautifully decorated in a contemporary neutral scheme and looked as new. Menu prices may seem expensive but the quality and portion sizes are very good. I hope you're as lucky as we were to find a parking space though as there's none at the hotel.

La Roka es un lugar muy especial en la Costa Tropical. Encaramada en lo alto de la roca que da carácter a Salobreña, a cien metros del castillo árabe, posee unas vistas inigualables del Mediterráneo, Sierra Nevada y la cascada de casas blancas que nos rodea y de la que formamos parte. El alojamiento ha sido decorado con cariño, cuidando los detalles y procurando a nuestros huéspedes que su experiencia con nosotros sea muy, muy especial. Además del alojamiento La Roka cuenta con un café-bar-resturante que en poco tiempo se ha convertido en un referente en la costa. No te asustes por el ruido ya que el local está completamente insonorizado y solo si quieres podrás disfrutar de nuestra música, nuestras actuaciones en directo y nuestra propuesta gastronómica.
Somos Victoria y Enrike, una pareja vasco-andaluza que siempre ha apostado por potenciar el Casco Antiguo de Salobreña y su vida cultural y de ocio. Hemos recorrido medio mundo y siempre nos hemos fijado en los detalles que hacen especiales los lugares que visitas. Durante muchos años hemos acogido en nuestra casa a huéspedes de todo el globo, con los que hemos aprendido lo que un viajero busca y necesita: sentirse como en casa pero con las vivencias de lo distinto. La Roka se situa en pleno Casco Histórico de Salobreña, un barrio tranquilo de callejuelas empedradas y casas blanqueadas, con rincones por descubrir y una historia árabe y medieval en cada esquina. Nos encontramos en una de sus calles principales donde el acceso y el aparcamiento no son complicados. Desde aquí las vistas de la vega y el mar son espectaculares, y los atardeceres únicos.
