  • as I am a single male pensioner can i get the keys to the apt at the apt, and can you tell me what floor your apt is on. Kind regards James Allison.
    I am sorry but you need to come to the office to complete check-in. Its not only a matter of handing over keys but we need you to cover the returnable deposit with Visa/Mastercard details and show your passport. Regards angela
