Hello and welcome to Lhamo Mandala! Before you ask. Yes. If you rent the house as holiday accommodation you will NOT share it with anyone from outside. The whole house is for those who make the reservation. My name is Silvia and we are delighted that you have chosen Lhamo Mandala to spend your vacations and we hope to offer you a unique experience where you will feel at home. Lhamo Mandala is a small oasis of peace hidden in the Rias Baixas, next to a river and in the rural heart of Pontevedra. Our family house offers you unforgettable experiences. A truly unique place where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Immerse yourself in the magic of our forests, mountains and rivers. Explore hiking trails, encounter wildlife and explore the rich Galician gastronomy. Lhamo Mandala is more than 200 square meters of ground floor. It has two independent entrances, 4 bedrooms with full ensuite bathroom each; large living/dining room (70 square meters) with fireplace, chill out area with TV and small bookcase, large dining table and everything you need to enjoy delicious dinners. Kitchen with vitro hob, electric oven, 2 refrigerators. Meditation/exercise room which is a large open space; outdoor porch with wrought iron tables and chairs and green area with stone tables overlooking the river. We have 6 beds that sleep 9 people, all of them with full bathroom. Occasionally we organize wellness experiences and activities related to yoga and art but these activities never take place when the house is rented as holiday tourism. The owners live in the same building but the entrances are independent and the space for visitors is private (bedrooms, dining room, kitchen) you may see us going to the garage or to the back where we have the laundry area; but we try to give as much privacy as possible to our guests.

Hello! : My name is Silvia, I am a visual artist and teacher and educator of Tibetan Yoga -Lu Jong- My family started this house as a hostel and since then we have received visits from people from all over the world. In 2019 I started to create annual retreats to share the Tibetan yoga teachings with other people interested in personal growth, but I also love sharing this space with anyone looking for relaxation and peace of mind. If that is your case, you are in the right place!

Located in a rural area, very quiet, just 19 km from Pontevedra. The house is located next to a river, surrounded by nature and mountain trails. . If you are looking to relax in a rural environment, with a garden, green area, walks along the river, away from the hustle and bustle and with time for you, this is your place. It is the perfect place to rest and relax. . The village is very small and quiet, but has some services such as a grocery store, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, kiosk, bar, cab and medical center; in addition, we are only 20 minutes from Pontevedra and half an hour from the beaches of Marin. Vigo is 50 minutes away by car. . The best way to get around is with your own car. There is a bus that leaves the village once a day to Pontevedra and also a cab.
