This fantastic house of 90 m2 and very bright has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern style. It is located in the magnificent Urbanization Costabella, which is renowned for its fantastic beaches just a few meters from the complex, beach bars and beach clubs. Also in less than 7 minutes by car you are in Marbella centre and 40 minutes from Malaga airport. The house is distributed over two floors and consists of living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace. In the living room with direct access to the terrace you can enjoy a sitting area where you can relax and spend the best days with family or friends and for this purpose it has been provided with sofa, armchairs and a huge smart TV and for more comfort, the blinds are electric. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, and has all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, glassware and cutlery. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. The 2 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with double beds, air conditioning hot/cold and balconies with access to the garden surrounding the house. Bath towels and bed linen are provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The terrace with a relaxing garden is equipped with an outdoor table to enjoy an outdoor breakfast and sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. The property has Wifi installation with fibre optic. On the upper floor is the solarium where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the peace of the surroundings, as well as having plenty of space for lunches and dinners in pleasant company.
