Excellent stay in a secure residential apartment. The apartment was well equipped with all the amenities such as washing machine, air conditioning, microwave oven , grill oven , cooking range , enough utensils, glasses e.t.c. In addition the swimming pool was an excellent place to swim with family. Very well maintained. Also the area is very calm in night, giving you a sound sleep. The Checkin process was easily executed by the owner despite ours being a late night checkin. The owner was always reachable if we had any doubts. The apartment can comfortably sleep a family. One queen bed and sofa bed , good for 3-4 people, or 2 kids and both parents.

The apartment is very nice, quite new, it fits big families or group of friends . Kitchen is well equipped, and the terrace has amazing view over the city and sea. There are restaurants and shops in the area close by. We were warmly welcomed and given the necessary information. We would return here.

The house is in a great location in Palm Mar, close to shops restaurants and the beach and very quiet. The outside areas are amazing. The house itself is a series of eclectic units. The bedroom upstairs is accessed via the roof terrace, the roof is like a yurt, gives a lovely atmosphere but is very hot. The upstairs bathroom is off another terrace. Shower, water pressure and WiFi are excellent. The host is easily accessible and very helpful for any questions. Any problems were resolved quickly, great communication.

It is located in a very quiet and peaceful apartment complex, with free usage of the pool. Ben is a very friendly and attentive host, he replies immediately and provides all the necessary information. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would recommend this apartment for people who want to enjoy a peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the very "touristy" places, like Los Cristianos.
