The property Managers were very easily contacted via Whatsapp! They handled our issues promptly and swiftly. I was very pleased with their service. Moreover, the Cleaner who would like to be known as “Estrella” was absolutely wonderful. She took us personally in her own time on New Years Eve to get some shopping for the following morning for breakfast as she knew everything would be closed the day after & we wouldn’t know how to get there. While we were shopping at 10pm at night, She prepared a timetable of bus lists and routes to Malaga central. This basically made our trip for us. We figured it all out within 24 hours as she helped us immensely. I cannot fault her service at all. Lovely balcony apartment.
