It was a present for my daughter, to stay in a farm-type location full of animals and far away from the city. It exceeded our expectations!

Mas la Torre is located in Palau Saverdera, in the beautiful Aiguamolls del Empordà Nature Reserve. This farmhouse offers simple rooms with private bathroom. The Aiguamolls Nature Reserve is great for birdwatching, and the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve is just 10 minutes’ drive away. You can drive to the beach in Santa Margarida in 8 minutes. Located 30 minutes’ drive away, Portlligat is home to Salvador Dalí’s charming house-museum, and the main Dalí museum is also under 30 minutes’ drive from Mas la Torre. The French border is a 40-minute drive away, and you can drive to Girona Airport in around 50 minutes.
