Our small agency was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.

Neighborhood info

The picturesque Barrio de Santa Cruz is a charming maze of narrow whitewashed streets where, in times gone by, famous literary characters roamed, legendary love stories were played out, and duels were held. It is the perfect place from which to explore Seville, being strategically located between the historical centre, the Real Alcázar (or Royal Palace), the Cathedral and Giralda, the Murillo Gardens and the Maria Luisa Park. For those of you who wish to explore all that Seville has to offer, this apartment is just the ticket!
