Spacious corner townhouse overlooking the bay of El Medano, only 250m from the beach with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of them with en suite bathroom, private terrace and view to the highest mountain of Spain, the majestic Teide and the other one with open space design without doors but also separated from the first bedroom through the doors of the first bedroom, and the third bedroom is located on the main floor (ground floor). On the main level we find a cosy living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with water filtration system, a complete bathroom and 2 terraces with a dining and chill out area. This accommodation offers space and privacy for families or large groups in a strategic position in El Médano with private underground parking space. Another plus point for all sporty people is the storage space for sports luggage on the terrace which can be accessed directly from the street. As usual, bed linen and towels, both with replacements, beach towels, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included. Please note that there are stairs inside the property. WE ADVISE OUR GUESTS THAT THERE MAY BE NOISE DISTURBANCE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE VICINITY OF THIS PROPERTY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF DISTURBANCE, A MAXIMUM OF 20% OF THE RENT PAID WILL BE REFUNDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH NOISE NUISANCE AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED. After check-out, guests must return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.

El Médano, a lively village perfect for everyone who loves an easy lifestyle, water sports like windsurf, surf and kite surf or just catch the sun on its' lovely beaches, long walks on the beachfront, have drinks with friends or enjoy nice dinners in one of the local or international restaurants nearby.
