Welcome to our brand new apartment in a modern resort complex near Torrevieja! The complex is designed to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience. In the center of the complex, you will find a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean flowers, several swimming pools, and a cozy relaxation area. The complex features four swimming pools: two for adults, one children's pool, and one pool that is heated year-round. The entire area is safe and specially designed for children. The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space, a dining table, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The bathrooms are new, clean, and nicely decorated. The interneis fast. The apartment has a terrace on the second floor and a large rooftop terrace. Both terraces are fully furnished. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a large seating area, an outdoor kitchen with grill equipment, and part of the terrace is covered with a pergola to provide shade on warm days.
The apartment is just a 45-minute drive (44.8 km) from Alicante Airport and only a 10-minute walk from Playa de Los Naufragos, a beautiful sandy beach. The complex is also conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants.
