Very nice room, excellent breakfast and very close to amenities

Excellent location and spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. The boat area was just across the hotel with lots of restaurants and bars. On the other side you had the beach. Old town with all its glory was only a few minutes walk away.

Room was lovely, all the little extras were there, and the bed was super comfy. All the staff were friendly and efficient.

The bed was out of this world for comfort, it was king size with a thick matress and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pillows were extra soft and moulded around the head. The room was clean, the sea view and castle view was perfect and had added bonus of a small balcony. The staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice, English, Mediterranean, everything you could think of. There was always a taxi parked outside if needed. The lift to the castle was just along the beach and for 5.70 euros for two (return) took us up to the top where the views were absolutely fantastic, all over Alicante and the harbour. We didn't get chance to visit the town as it was an overnight stop but hope to return at some point. There were cafe/bars just outside the hotel along the playa and we were spoilt for choice. Good choice in the mini bar too.

The front staff was freindly. In particular Ms. Palomar. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and courteous. However the spa front desk can be a bit more attentive. The location is great and the room was very comfortable. Location is great and just next to the beach, literally. Sea view rooms are highly recommended. The breakfast options are good and of good quality. Note there's not so many options for vegetarians or vegans, but they do have a sign to let them know if you have any food intolarence or allergies, I supposed they can be flexible and accommodate if requested.

눉The pool area was a bit small and the sun was only shining there in the beginning of the day.
눇Excellent location and spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. The boat area was just across the hotel with lots of restaurants and bars. On the other side you had the beach. Old town with all its glory was only a few minutes walk away.

눉Not having access to the pool as it had been booked for a wedding Not getting the room I asked for due to the Spanish national team staying in the hotel, and all the Best rooms being given to them. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

눉The road was quite noisy beach side but to be expected in a city. Could not fault the hotel except it was very large and we felt a little lost in it, we prefer smaller hotels.
눇The bed was out of this world for comfort, it was king size with a thick matress and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pillows were extra soft and moulded around the head. The room was clean, the sea view and castle view was perfect and had added bonus of a small balcony. The staff spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice, English, Mediterranean, everything you could think of. There was always a taxi parked outside if needed. The lift to the castle was just along the beach and for 5.70 euros for two (return) took us up to the top where the views were absolutely fantastic, all over Alicante and the harbour. We didn't get chance to visit the town as it was an overnight stop but hope to return at some point. There were cafe/bars just outside the hotel along the playa and we were spoilt for choice. Good choice in the mini bar too.
