Surprised that this hotel was so nice for price paid. I didn't have high expectations as I just needed a quick place after another booking cancelled on me. It was clean, quiet, good location and everyone at the desk was nice.
United States of AmericaCentral location near Atocha train station, restuarants and museums. Reasonable price for a holiday weekend. Beautiful entry and easy check-in and out with friendly staff. Glass drinking cups in the bathroom are a nice touch. Very small room but adequate for a one night stay before moving on. Very clean. Good wifi but the difficult password took a few times to enter correctly.

They do the old fashioned “keep the keys at the reception” which is actually nice if your party arrives at different times or if you’re afraid of losing the keys, plus there’s always someone in reception to help out. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for 2 adults and a baby. Comfortable beds and super friendly staff. Location next to Atocha station and a 5 min walk from Reina Sofia Museum or El Prado. Best price you’ll find for this quality in central Madrid, we will book again!!

PanamaGreat bed and easy, fast check-in. Interesting location near Prado and many dining, drinking establishments. Quiet side street. Room not large but comfy, good lights (small bed lamps for reading etc) and charger layout. This is better than just "good" -- very good overall -- for price point and area.
