The villa Milou in Benissa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A villa renovated in 2017 with great charm and in an ideal area for families for its tranquility and proximity to the sea. The villa is distributed in 119m2 and two independent floors connected by the exterior. On the main floor there is a living-dining room with decorative fireplace and air conditioning, a terrace area with beautiful sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is an independent studio with a third bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with shower. The whole villa has central heating and free wifi. EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA: With a plot of 1.191m2: The outside area has a nice swimming pool with garden furniture, relax area and beautiful sea views. The villa has parking space for one car inside the outdoor plot.
