Excellent location. In the heart of the city. Metro station 1 minute by foot. Market and restaurants very close. We travel on March and we choose Small Double Room. The room was clean and tidy with everyday clean service. The staff was very polite and help us with everything we need. Breakfast was nice!

The location was excellent - right in the centre of Madrid but still quiet (we were on the 6th floor). All the main sights were within walking distance. Breakfast was good - lots of variety to suit all tastes. And the beds were very comfortable. We loved the terrace. It was nice to rest there after sightseeing.

the location is great, the employees there are very friendly and helpful. i forgot my car keys and the staff helped me get them delivered to me at the airport even though I couldn’t speak Spanish and I was struggling to communicate with the driver.
