NEW FOR SEASON 2024: This fantastic "fisherman's house", one of the most successful of our holiday homes, will undergo a significant improvement: adding to its natural charm, it will now have air conditioning in all three bedrooms, and one of the bathrooms will be completely renovated. We strive to ensure our properties stay on track and live up to expectations... at least. Mon Palau has an authentically Menorcan style with its pristine white and its green booklet shutters, and it certainly fulfils what it promises, it is a true “palace” of Mediterranean life, a house full of light in a privileged location. It stands out without a doubt for its garden and terrace that enjoy the best view over the sea. You will only see rocks, sea and sky, and the soundtrack of your vacation will be the sound of the waves. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. There is also a relaxation area so you can soak up the sun and salt whenever you want, and enjoy an outdoor life by the sea without leaving home. Unbelievable but true. Both double bedrooms also have direct views of the sea, one of them with a double bed, the other with two beds. There is a third bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bright living room, with large windows and doors that communicate with the outside.
