Excellent location - right in the heart of Granada 2 minutes to Plaza Nueva and only a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Amazing shower. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. On check-out day, we left in early (6am) in the morning and were able to walk down to Plaza Nueva and grab a taxi to the bus station.

We really enjoyed the location and how it was not on a main (noisy) street. Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the balcony and restaurant downstairs. They provided a tea kettle and mini bar fridge that were very useful. We liked having the safe to lock away our passports. The friendly front desk staff were always helpful with directions, maps, and answering general questions. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and the cost was very reasonable.
