Fabulous and bespoke top floor apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile. The urbanization is opposite the Guadalpín Hotel and below the Hotel NH Marbella. The property is very close to all amenities, just a short walk to the beach and offers incredible ocean and mountain views. Located in a gated complex it includes 24 hour security, pool, gardens and parking spaces within the development. The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and south facing terrace overlooking the sea front. Tenured has underground parking and storage room in the parking lot. The unit was revamped and re-equipped in full this year having all new furniture and impeccable (TV Samsung 50-inch 4K UHD, Blue Ray player, Nespresso machine, high speed internet connection with wi fi). The area is ideal for holidays and to live all year capable of being moved on foot due to meet on the Avenida Príncipe Hohelohe.
I am Fernando I love traveling and I'm lucky to have done and do it a lot. I had always said that my place in the world for summer residence was Punta del Este in Uruguay , until I met well Marbella and the Golden Mile . The truth is that now my places are the two ! This department I found after a long search and I bought recently convinced and I hope those staying in it produces them the same happiness to me.
Costa Nagüeles 2 is in the right place, 500 meters from Pirulí, right at the beginning of the Golden Mile making it close to the city center with its shops and bustle and simultaneously very close to the beach. This way one can walk to both the center and the beach, being 300 meters with green vegetation and its beautiful promenade, the best hostels and close to Puerto Banus with its sophistication and environment. The Golden Mile is probably the most desired location on the Costa del Sol. The Golden Mile was the first established area with some of the most prominent families of Marbella and across Europe. The Golden Mile is the most exclusive area of ​​Marbella. Due to its proximity to the city center and Puerto Banus, a selection of restaurants, entertainment venues, the famous promenade with its bars charming and famous hotels Marbella Club and Puente Romano The area is very popular among Spanish citizens They are seeking a holiday home as well as northern Europeans; properties for sale in this area are very limited, hence the demand has always been higher than supply.
