DEEP CLEANING - Ensuring increase level of cleaning and sanitation of the accommodation we offer. Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests in a newly renovated frontline beach condominium. Located on the sandy coast just off Marbella, the apartment benefits from a warm climate all year round. Just walk out, and in less than 50 meters, our guests arrive at the beautiful sandy seashore of Estepona. The living area opens onto a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the communal gardens and pool. The main living space makes way to one large bedroom with a double-bed and in-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom. The living room also has a double-bed sofa, making the apartment easy to receive up to 6 guests. It is a holiday home, with direct beach access, a large communal pool, and a children’s pool. Guests can bask in the sun using the sun beds available at the swimming pool.
This self-catering apartment is on the second floor (no elevator). It consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine), and large living-dining room. In addition to the condominium restaurant (open for Easter holidays and from June till end of September), guests can walk up the beach and enjoy local and international cuisine at several places including the famous Sonora Beach and Tikitano.
