United KingdomWe had a problem the first night because of the changing coronavirus rules, but the customer service manager in reception Alicia Fernández solved our problem and demonstrated an excellent degree of professionalism. The staff at breakfast also made us feel extremely safe, but comfortable at the same time. They all deserve an A+.
SpainThis hotel has every commodity I thought about before staying in. The room was quite big with a TV, a kettle, a coffee machine in case you want to spend large time on it. Also, the bathroom has a quite big shower/bath tab where two people can fit it (I'm 1.90 in case some is tall, he will fit in nicely). For those who want to be in the hotel, it is good choice for summer holidays as it has a swimming pool on the roof with a bar. Any one who has a room can step in and enjoy the views of the river and its banks. The hotel is in Plaza the Armas, where you can get a bus in just 2 min walking or it is 20 minutes walking from the cathedral, the core of the city. Also for those coming by train to seville, there is direct from the station to the hotel by pubic trasnport.

Breakfast was very good and also their restaurant had delicious dinners. Unfortunately the town was almost all closed due to Covid, all the markets, restaurants and places were pretty much closed and very few tourists around but we loved our staying.
