United States of AmericaProbably the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met, and I personally value friendliness more than I do professionalism. The rooms were made and cleaned up on a daily basis and the hygiene was simply exceptional. I loved the bathroom, the bed was comfy, and the location of the place was great.
South KoreaThe locations is exellent, almost in the very center of the city, near a subway station. The room is pretty small, but comfortable and clean, room service cleaning and fresh towels every day.
UkraineGreat location Right next to a Metro station Supermarkets and great restaurants at walking distance. The staff at the lobby was helpful.
Puerto RicoThe location and staff are perfect! So was the mattress of the bed. Everything was sparkling clean and the amenities like the fridge, complimentary water and tea kettle was very much appreciated. Even though we didn't use it, we also liked that our room had a tiny balcony.

United States of AmericaThe check in staff was super nice! This young man was very professional and he upgraded is to a bigger room to make up for a broken credit card machine. And then he shared a ton of useful info including buying the T10 pass for public transport. Great info and very good communication. The other staff was very nice too. Great bed and nice room!! Amazing location.
