Old town ramblas with Bcn-Rentals is set in the Raval district and within 10 minutes’ walk of Las Ramblas, Liceu Metro Station and Avinguda Parallel. They feature balconies and free WiFi. Set on a quiet street, each apartment at Old town ramblas with Bcn-Rentals has bright, modern décor and air conditioning and central heating. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge, an oven, a toaster and a coffee maker. A Smart TV with free streaming services is also available. We are BCN-rentals, a family business with 3 central apartments, and will meet you personally at the apartment to make a check-in, walk through of the apartment and facilities and provide you with maps, local information and answer questions. --------------------------- —- There are 3 apartments in the same street and in different residential buildings: please verify your options available BEFORE make the payment: -The “Standard 2 bedroom size 50 m2” -The “ 2 bedroom size 80 m2” and -The 3 bedrooms apartment size 100m2” Please verify the apartment you have chosen and if you have any doubt please contact us. The photos show EACH apartment when you “select” --------------- VERY IMPORTANT NOTE For group of friends: It is Forbidden to go out on the balcony (interior of the building) after 22h until 8 am. There are neighbours who are disturbed by the noise (not everybody is on holiday) and they will call the police to fine you if you don’t respect the rule. It is forbidden make parties and smoke in the apartment This is a municipal law.

We are BCN-rentals with 3 independent apartments in the same street : -The “Standard 2 bedroom size 50 m2” -The “ 2 bedroom size 80 m2” -The 3 bedrooms apartment size 100m2” Sharing the same great location, you can rest assured you'll be taken care. Located in the neuralgic and historical center of Barcelona, just 10 minutes from Las Ramblas and with all kinds of public transport... English (native) staff to meet you on arrival for a walk through and explanation of all the amenities and local sights, as well as maps, wifi, everything you need for a comfortable stay. REMEMBER the day of the check out is maxim at 10am as we need to clean the apartment for the next clients, please read carefully to avoid disappointment. We will recommend places to leave bags. — The balance ( tourist tax) would be in cash. The returnable deposit by credit card via link that we are going to give you when you arrive at the apartment ————-

Neighbourhood information

We are BCN-RENTALS and our apartments are located in the same street, the very centre of the city, within the old town, and just a short walk form most of the major attractions in Barcelona, such as the famous Ramblas Street and La Boqueria market. The oldest church in Barcelona, Sant Pau del Camp, is also just a 2 minute walk from the apartments, and there are a plethora of shops and supermarkets in the area as well as award winning restaurants and some of the best fusion food, Street food and cafes. Get lost in the local markets and the local designers or vintage market in Riera Baixa Street - Sant Antoni market is the biggest in Barcelona and is just a 5 minute walk away. With 3 close by metro stations (Liceu, Sant Antoni and Parallel) you can be easily transported to the Unesco World Heritage sights of Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, and FC Barcelona's monumentous Camp Nou stadium. Or take a 5 minute stroll to Montjuic funicular and explore the Olympic stadium and installations and then ride the cable car over the old port vell to Barceloneta beach. The whole city is at your feet, go and explore!
