On our first night, the woman who checked us in was so helpful, probably the nicest person we met on our whole trip (she had dark hair, red glasses). She gave us helpful suggestions, and upgraded our room to the top floor with a private terrace and outdoor shower + loungers. It was so luxurious, and better than we could have imagined! Breakfast was great, and the staff helping was friendly and generous. We would definitely return back to this hotel.
Costa RicaSuper clean and comfortable. The hotel was closer to the beach than expected and nice and quiet for September. Staff was very friendly and had great suggestions for eating local gastronomy. They were also very flexible and we were able to get our room before check-in time and were able to check-out one hour later. The quality of the breakfast was good and due to Covid they had everything under control and with the necessary measures to feel very safe.
