The decor was beautiful, the bartender was excellent, the room was amazing, loved having a shower and a tub, and my bed was very comfortable. I loved the look of everything the hotel offered! The staff was kind, but a couple of the front desk people seemed very new and didn't always give the right information on things.

Great location, not far from the train station. Very near lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were wonderful - so friendly and very patient with our attempts at Spanish. The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable (and huge) bed too! The soundproofing on the windows was great, and we couldn't hear the air-conditioning at all (it was definitely on!). The splash pool on the terrace was a welcome addition after a day wandering about, and the terrace bar was our go-to place for a nightcap. Luca and the team were always so attentive and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!
