GermanyThe location - within walking distance of loads of bars and it goes right on to the beach! 5min walk to Ocean Beach. We liked how long the bar was open for! The hotel was really clean and the staff were really polite and helpful. If we ever needed a taxi booking, they could get one to be there in 3 mins which was really useful. The salad buffet bar was great. The decor in the room was generally quite nice and the balcony was a really decent size.
CanadaLoved every detail! It was my first trip to Ibiza, traveling solo, and this hotel was a perfect choice for value, luxury and location. The staff was super friendly at check in, I had arrived late and they let me eat dinner at 11 even though the restaurant was closed. There was music and a lively bar in the lobby and pool area with various groups from young people on a hen party to older more relaxed couples. The waterfront room view with a balcony had an amazing view, and I loved the toiletries. The pool was crowded during the day but was still able to find a chair, and there was a beautiful beach just outside the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area like the famous Mambo. It was very easy to take an Es Vedra cruise at the marina in San Antonio Bay. The food and drinks were very good, the pool bar did get crowded, and there was an option to upgrade to premium drinks like mojitos. My only regret was not staying longer.
United States of AmericaThe staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities of the hotel, the swimming pool, the showers etc were good. The location was excellent - walking distance from the main strip.
United KingdomThe location is fantastic, right on the beach front and walking distance to main amenities. We loved the all inclusive option. The hotel had more than enough to offer with regards food and drink. Loads of activities throughout the day so well suited to those on a short trip who just want to chill at the pool and have a drink.
