Perfectly located adjacent to Place de Catalunya, Aerobus to airport pickup, Bus Turistic pickup and a stroll to Las Rambalas. Hercules was very helpful upon check in.
AustraliaFirst of all the location- it is great, just in the centre of everything! The owner and his assistant on site were very helpful and friendly, answered immediately... I can receive the keys on place and in time. Also, it was very kind to make for me early check-in- at 1 pm instead of 4 pm. The apartments have all facilities, internet worked perfect. The room is not so large, but because of very high ceiling it looks like very conformable and open. Also, it was very nice to find in the kitchen oil, sugar, tea coffee and some spices- everybody know that very often it is not like this, so you need to spend your money for these obvious and necessary things. Large food store is just 50 meters across the street, the same as a lot of other food facilities. Thanks for the complimentary bottle of vine! Can recommend for the couple of travellers.

JapanThis was a dream apartment for a holiday in Barcelona. It was beautifully clean, everything you could need was supplied and more. The location was so close to La Rambla. We felt really safe and communication was owner Derek and apartment manager Hercules was perfect at all times. Hercules had a bottle of rioja and a bottle of water for us on arrival. Lovely touch. Massive white towels provided and huge comfortable bed.
IrelandThe building entrance, the loft style and the location next to Catalunya Plaza and the Gothic Quarter were all impressive. We did not use it but the clothes washer was a bonus.
CanadaLocation is perfect and the studio and view amazing. Will try to book this again on my next visit to Barcelona.

This is a large 48M2 Studio Loft in a wonderful residential building on Barcelona's best and most emblematic avenue - Passeig de Gracia. You really cannot be more centrally located. The Studio Loft itself is very comfortable and charming. It is not cold, stark and modern but is instead very loved and lived in(but not old and tatty!) with lovely wooden floors, a large Persian rug, Antique journalist's book cabinets and a wonderful large and very comfortable bed. The bed is a year old. The kitchen is functional but with everything you need to make a meal. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is large for a Studio Loft , finished in white marble and has a shower over a bath tub. The most striking part of the Studio Loft is the 6 metre high Cathedral style ceiling - the innards of the Mansard. The windows afford a wonderful view of the City and the famous Agbar tower. It is a lovely, cosy place to come home to and is spacious for two people with two sofas - a three seater and a two seater as well as a modern but comfortable armchair. Children are welcome but they would have to sleep on the sofas. Situated on the 5th floor served by two lifts.
I am a constant traveller, being a Tour Manager. I am a Londoner and live in London but work mostly throughout Spain and Portugal. I am often to be found in Barcelona. When I travel for pleasure, I only stay in apartments - I love the extra space and complete freedom they afford.
Passeig de Gracia is the best and most emblematic avenue of the city. Being just a few metres away from Plaza Catalunya means that you would be located in the very centre, the very heart of the city. On the same avenue, you will find Gaudi's famous houses, always visited and photographed by visitors - Casa Battle and Casa Mila (La Pedrera) - just a few blocks away. This area is known as L'Eixample which is the true heart of the city with restaurants, museums, shops and the best, most central residential area of Barcelona. The Old City starts just the other side of Plaza Catalunya so it is just a few minutes to get to the Barrio Gotico and of course, the famous " Las Ramblas". To put it simply - The best and most centrally located spot in town.
