Right at the heart of the city- great location. Our room overlooked the plaza and it was a wonderful view. Once the windows were closed, we did not here the noise from the streets. The bed was very comfortable, I loved the hotel and the breakfast was good and it was very nice. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The staff was very helpful and it is a lovely hotel.

The location was right in front of Plaza Mayor, with an exclusive entrance to guests, the underground pool was an incredible experience, the room was wider and comfortable, nice pillows, and a soft bed. the restaurant also very beautiful, with a sky window.
