Property info

The Apartment Playa del Duque is situated in the best position of Tenerife, only a few meters away from the fantastic sandy beach Playa del Duque and in first sea line. You can enjoy the sound of the sea on the balcony. In the complex there is a large heated pool with sun beds. The equipment of the apartment is very good, there is Internet via Wifi, in the living room there is a sitting area with flat screen TV and international TV programs and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and microwave. The modern kitchen has a bar where you can have breakfast together. In the bedroom there are two single beds (2,00 x 0,90 m). In the living room there is a fold-out sofa bed for additional persons. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony. Here you can enjoy the sun or experience dreamlike sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine. An electric grill is also available.

The district El Duque is a stylish and very popular seaside resort in the sunny south of Tenerife. The beach of Playa del Duque is only a few steps away from the apartment. There are numerous shopping centres and restaurants along the new and very well-kept promenade. Playa del Duque on the Costa Adeje is a beautiful sandy beach and is almost 700 m long with many palm trees, luxurious hotels and a beautiful promenade. The castle of the Spanish royal family is also located in El Duque. The luxurious hotels and restaurants on Playa del Duque convince with their upscale ambience, elegance and attentive service. Around Plaza del Duque, small boutiques and fashion shops offer high-quality designer fashion, watches and jewellery. Here it is worthwhile to shop and stroll in peace and quiet. On the quiet sandy beach of Playa del Duque on the Costa Adeje, sunshades made of bamboo and wonderful fine sand are tempting. Not far away is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants where you can enjoy a traditional and typical Canarian atmosphere.
