It is a new building dedicated entirely to tourist rental. Built over the ruins of an old Jewish's house, the building is composed by 4 luxury apartments. Spacious rooms and high ceilings stand out; All of them are full of natural light, with patios and terraces to enjoy your stay in Seville, regardless of the season. Because of its location, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood (old Jewish neighbourhood), literally under the Giralda; They are unique in size and characteristics. In this area predominate narrow houses with very limited interior spaces and, of course, in most cases without basic facilities such as an elevator. In our case, of course, we have an elevator accessible to the 2 floors of the building. As we have said before, all the houses have private outdoor areas with furniture to enjoy pleasant meetings or meals with family and / or friends with total privacy. All apartments have a sophisticated decoration, where fabrics in warm tones and wood predominate, creating a very nice and cozy atmosphere.

Inside the monumental area of ​​the city, in the architectural complex declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Literally next to the city walls, in one of the most charming squares in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, also known as the Jewish quarter.
