Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great for exploring Madrid. The breakfast gave a varied choice of food with hot and cold selections. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.

United KingdomExtremely comfortable bed - but of course, that is just my opinion. There is a hop-on-hop-off busstop 200m away and a metro station too. So the location is perfect. The bedroom windows were great - the hotel is on a busy roundabout but I was not disturbed by the traffic noise. The 3 breakfast "basics" - juice, coffee and bread - were all of good quality. I mean, it was proper juice, not diluted syrup. The cheese / cold cuts were all of decent quality too. I did not try the hot items because they didn't look attractive - e.g. poorly grilled bacon, dry scrambled egg. The reception staff were all very friendly and spoke very good english

IrelandThird time I have stayed here. It was just as good as the last two times. The rooms are comfortable and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. With the Metro and bus stop across the road, it is in a convenient position to visit Madrid centre.
