Wonderful mountain cottage, with private pool, located amid the lovely villages of Sóller and Fornalutx, where 2+1 guests will find their privileged shelter in the island. This idyllic house, located right in the mountain, will allow our guests to enjoy total peace surrounded by spectacular views while they relax swimming in the salt water pool or sunbathing on one of the 4 sun loungers around. The pool is a treasure, not only because of its measures (7.5 x 3.7 metres and 1.3 to 1.39 metres depth) but also because of the exclusive surroundings. The garden offers wonderful secret corners to withdraw, a barbecue area with a large wooden table under the trees shade and a romantic table to enjoy a coffee or tea together with a good reading, you choose!. You can also take a long walk throughout the fields belonging to the property, although it is important that you close all doors behind you because there are sheep. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy. The house comprises two floors and it is decorated in a simple and traditional way, although with all you can need for an unforgettable vacation. On the main floor, there is a cosy living room, with two sofas and an armchair, where you can relax while watching the satellite TV channels and light the wood stove when it gets cold outside. The dining kitchen is equipped with a ceramic top, electric oven, and all needed utensils to cook delicious meals. Right here you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board to do the laundry. Then, a shower bathroom completes this floor. The two bedrooms are downstairs, on the garden level. One has a double bed and the other features a single bed. Both come with a closet, a fan and a radiator. Please note that due to certain features, this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children. The barbecue is only available from October 16 to April 30. It is forbidden to light a fire in the area of the mountain range the rest of the year.

Neighborhood info

As this house is in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range it becomes part of the landscape, a unique, cosy and dreamlike place where you can disconnect from the everyday life. It belongs to the municipality of Sóller, one of the most beautiful villages in the island, but it is located between Sóller, Fornalutx and Biniaraix. Obviously, it is perfect for hikers and cyclists, or simply for those who want to be wondered by the song of birds, leaves and trees. Fornalutx, 3 km away, offers a little supermarket, a restaurant and some basic services. Sóller, 4.6 km away, provides with major services. Port de Sóller is perfect to enjoy a delicious ice-cream, have a nice walk or visit the beach. However, you cannot leave without visiting the beautiful beach of Llucalcari, located 11 km away.
