Everything was perfect. Very comfy, lovely and at the same time richly apartment. Didn’t hear other neighbors or any sounds at all. Balcony with the view was also perfect.

Very clean.Fantastic view. Ed who met us at the apartment was really helpful and kept in touch.

Stayed for 4 nights - two single ladies. Felt very safe there. The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to the town centre and the railway station. Great balcony with sun all day, and lovely views. Property was faultlessly clean, and equipped to a very high standard. Beds very comfortable. Brilliant contact with Ed and Ron, and a very welcome, chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival. Will definitely book this apartment again.

the apt was very clean central near to the train station and so very beautiful, Ron was very friendly and ever so helpful. We had a tremendous view and a truly wonderful holiday. will definitely be booking this apt again.

Ron was an amazing host. Very helpful and friendly, did all he could to help us. Apartment was brilliant for the price and location was great. Short walk into Torremolinos and a taxi rank just at the bottom of the street. Can’t fault anything.

Everything was perfect - beautiful apartment with nice view, very good located - near to train station ( I took us in total 20 minutes to arrive to the apartment from the Malaga Airport! ). Very good communication with Ed - He's very friendly and helpful and manage to have the apartment ready for us sooner that the official check in time! I really recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could ever need. Ron is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. This is my second time here in the last couple of months and will be booking it again. 5 mins from the train station with local shops and amenities right on the door step. Balcony on two sides of the building so sun all day if that’s your thing. Comfortably sleeps six no problem. Two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV and own WiFi. What more could you ask for? Having stayed as a couple in Torremolinos on many occasions we tend to go for a larger apartment now and this one ticks all the boxes for us. Look forward to staying again soon.

very beautiful, clean, bright Apartment. we can see the sea in Balcony. Very nice Landlord, he answered all questions very quickly and gived us always very good Tipps.

Lovely clean apartment very spacious with beautifull views from the balcony's the owner is very friendly he speaks excellent English.& Is only a phone call away if needed.not that we needed him though I rate this overall experience 10 out of 10 for would definitely stay there again

Spacious renovated apartment (100m2) in a local residential building in the city centre of Torremolinos with balcony and incredible sea and mountain views. Our Apartment situated 2-3 minutes walking distance from plaza Nogalera where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars and events/festivals while you relax and sleep just outside the buzz of town. In about 6-8 min walk you will find the stairs to the beach (el Bajondillo), Carihuela beach you fill find in about 15 min walk. Supermarket 50 M The space Our recent renovated apartment contains: - spacious open full equiped open kitchen with bar. - dining table - sofa(bed) corner with smart tv - 2 full bathrooms (1 with seaview while you shower) - 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds (180x200) - kingsize beds can be turned into single beds on request - spacious sunny balcony with spectacular sea and mountain vies - sunrise and sunset views - free wifi throughout the whole apartment - Airconditioning (cold and warm) - Beach towels are NOT included, please bring your own. - Bed linnen and shower towels are included House Rules No smoking inside No parties or events No noise/loud music between 22:00-08:00

At Check-out I will quickly meet you at your requested time for Check-out, return the deposit if all is in order and hand over the keys and wish you a safe travel home
