Sunny two big double bedrooms and one single at the best location in Barcelona, "Colón" - Christoffer Columbus statue at Ramblas. You are at center and can walk to everything Barcelona has to offer! You will have two bedrooms, each with king size high quality bed and one with single bed. Additional sofa bed is in living room. Clean, just renovated beautiful flat with air conditioning, high speed internet, TV etc. You will need to complete check in procedure using Chekin App, you will receive automated link from us once your booking is complete. You need to complete it at least 7 days before your arrival. Check in will collect data from all the guests including ID and phone numbers that is mandatory here in Barcelona. Checkin will collect Barcelona tourist tax of 6,05 Euros per night for all adults staying in the home. Checkin will collect security deposit of 300 Euro enforces following house rules, we pay it back automatically up to 7 days after your visit. Legal requirements to collect information from all guests: Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5, Article 9.1 of Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30 Legal requirements to collect tourist tax: Ordenanza fiscal núm.2.2 del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, published on 23 de diciembre de 2021 Flats are of category EB4.
