A small oven was a real bonus so many places have a "unhealthy/ tasteless" microwave, the kitchen is also well supplied with a glass storage box and glass cooking dish. A welcome fruit bowl was appreciated. Well situated for proximity to the beach. Possibly one bedroom but we did have to ask for the door to be unlocked to the room.

It is just an ordinary apartment building quite near the beach complex of Lago Martinez and seafront promenade. Many shops and different restaurant nearby. Don't expect to find parking on the street. The only option near the building is a parking house under the supermarket and it is very expensive. The apartment we got was in good condition with a small kitchen, had one sofa bed and one bunk bed. The latter was in a very tiny bedroom (suitable for younger people). WiFi was excellent (so was the TV).

Есть кухня с плитой, тостером и туркой для кофе, там же диван-кровать, стол и немного прочей мебели, в ванной душевая кабина и стиральная машинка. На балконе маленькая сушилочка, но сохнет все довольно медленно. Хозяйка, кажется, говорит только по-испански (а номер телефона для связи, кстати, не ее!), кое-как условились по вотсапу о времени и встретились с ней на входе. Больше не видели ее до отъезда) Есть хороший вай-фай. Рядом магазины и расположение в целом очень хорошее.
