The comfortable apartment is part of the apartment hotel Resort Spa de lujo Mijas Costa in the seaside municipality of Mijas and is the perfect accommodation for relaxing holidays with all conveniences. The first-floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and satellite television. The spacious communal outdoor area boasts a garden with palm trees and a well-kept pool area with deck chairs to bask in, as well a miniature golf course and a tennis court. The nearest supermarket is an 18-minute walk (1.3 km) away, and restaurants can be reached on foot in 20 minutes (1.6 km), while a golf course is also a 20-minute walk (1.4 km) from the complex. The closest sandy beach, Playa Riviera, is located a 7-minute drive (4.5 km) away and the popular Playa de Calahonda can be reached after a 10-minute drive (6.3 km). The beautiful coastal town of Fuengirola is situated a 15-minute drive (13.5 km) east of the apartment and the city of Málaga, birthplace of Pablo Picasso and home to many great museums, is a 35-minute drive (40 km) from Mijas, as well as the airport. The outdoor pool area is open between 10am and 8pm during the summer period. Street parking is available. One well-behaved pet is allowed; please inform the homeowner in advance.
