This traditional Ibicenc house, restored, is one of the most beautiful places on the island. In view of the island of Es Vedra and on the other side to the beaches of Port Roig, Es Cubells clear day and Formentera currency. The house has a terrace area with wooden porch and a table to eat and enjoy the views. Inside a spacious living room with open electric kitchen (with dishwasher). 4bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, first with 2 single beds and the second with double bed, sharing a bathroom with bath. Raising 5 steps are the other 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with bath, with access to garden and safe, and the fourth one also with double bed en suite with bath and safe. In the back of the house there’s the swimming pool with barbecue area. Great for people looking for privacy and relaxation. Free wi-fi and air-conditioning in the living room. cot and high chair CLEANING: complete clean every 7 days, including change of sheets and towels. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 60 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY 50% UPFRONT TO SECURE THE BOOKING.
