Beautiful house for tourist rental with private garden and communal pool in L'Escala. Casa Rosa is decorated with great taste and style, the wooden beams, vintage objects and carefully chosen decoration make this house a unique place for your holidays The private garden of the house and the communal pool shared by only 5 neighbors, the table with chairs, the barbecue and the sun loungers are offered to the guests to enjoy the outdoors. The house is located in a quiet area, 150 meters from the Natural Park of Montgí, where there are perfect paths to enjoy cycling or walks in the forest with fantastic views of the sea. At the same time the house is only 15 minutes’ walk from the Riells beach. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. In the house you can’t smoke, but it is authorized in the garden. In total in the house can sleep 6 people (one bedroom for 2 people with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (beds-nest).
