Lovely clean hotel. Very much catered for families and basically has an on-site water park so no need to even leave the hotel if you don’t want . Very well staffed even for off season and all staff very friendly and most very good English (not essential of course but made it easier for us ). It is literally a 5 minute walk from beach and promenade and not far from shopping area either . Such a great location . Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed . I messaged the hotel beforehand to ask about transfers and the one they recommended were great and reliable . Would definitely recommend here with kids. Very secure hotel with security on door nightly so felt very safe .

Location perfect! Facilities always cleaned… very nice place to go with kids. They were cleaning and tidying the bedroom everyday, with new tissues and new towels , When we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, they were very nice with kids, speaking all languages… one of them booked our transfer very easy to resolve everything.. We would definitely go again

Great stay, hotel is clean and smells nice upon entry. Very friendly staff, reception, house keeping, bar and restaurant. Only had breakfast which had many options hot and cold. Food at the Goffy bar is okay, burgers, pizzas and the price of drinks and food is acceptable. Slides and pool are wonderful. Kids had a great time. Pool was clean, area was well kept. House keeping daily and they did a great job. Rooms are airconditioned, which is a blessing in the heat. Location is absolutey wonderful, very close to the beach and boulevard. Beach is basically around the corner. Parking is across the street and easily accessed. The animation was diverse, great shows for kids in the evening.

The food is very good, a lot of dishes for children. Good location not far from the sea. Room cleaning every day. Good hotel stuff. One woman at the reception speaks Ukrainian 💛
