Our office is located directly on the coastal road in the coastal area of Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The coastal road connects the two towns of Moraira and Calpe. Our office is centrally located to our holiday homes. The houses are between 3 - 20 minutes away from our office. So we are "on the spot" to assist you in all questions concerning your holiday on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Our many years of experience are a great help and our success is reflected in the steadily increasing number of rentals as well as the recommendations of our previous clients. Our guests have access to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining area and laundry room on 2 floors. Features: Bedrooms→ Double bed and air-conditioning in one, 2 single beds and air-conditioning in the other two. Cooking area→ Induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Living/dining area→ seating, satellite TV (Astra), large dining table, fireplace, air conditioning; access to terrace with dining table. Bathrooms→ each with double washbasin and barrier-free shower. Laundry room with washing machine are on pool level. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Lower level: Living/dining room with cupboard kitchen equipped with coffee machine,kettle,microwave and toaster. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, each air-conditioned. Flat accessible only from the outside. Photos until 31.05.20, because of renovation works at the moment.
