Staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful, place was spotless, room was bright, bed was very comfortable, great reading light next to bed, good hot water pressure in shower, hotel is just steps away from everything, couldn't be better located. Still, it was quiet due to the double layer of double glazed doors that opened onto a balcony. No noise from other guests either, Convenient to have their café right there. I don't understand numerical rating of 8. I would give this place an 8.9. as minor inconveniences described below are outweighed by all these positives.

United States of AmericaThe location can’t be beat, just a few minutes walk from El Pilar. The hotel is attached to and associated with an excellent bakery. The staff at the hotel and bakery are phenomenal. The rooms are cozy and minimalist. The bathrooms were nearly spotless.

- We are planning on stopping in Zaragoza at end of October but will be travelling with golf clubs to the Costa del Sol from the Costa Brava - does your hotel have secure parking ?We both have a private parking shared with neighbours and an agreement with a public parking. Both are secure (one is locked and the other has surveillance) but we can't take responsability for items left inside the vehicle.Answered on 30 September 2020
