Property info

Lovely ground floor, beachfront holiday home in the Los Martines complex with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms plus a guest toilet. It offers a large southwest facing terrace with high quality sun loungers, chairs and table. Fabulous dining and chill out area to relax and enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious and bright living room has a modern open plan kitchen which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, water filter and all the appliances you may need during your stay and a safe. There are also brand new bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower with a window. There is a flat screen TV with channels and movies from all over the world and 300 Mbit/s fibre optic WiFi. The complex offers an amazing swimming pool with also a private children's playground and a paddle court. This accommodation is located in front of the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the centre of El Médano and includes a private garage for our guests with direct access to the property and a storage room for sports equipment next to the terrace. As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels (with spares), beach towels, hairdryer, iron and washing machine are included.
