We are in a uniquely quiet part of the city. The apartment is high specification with new furniture throughout. The apartment is close to all amenities in the Historic Centre. The beach is 15 minutes by foot. The area is regarded as being the perfect location by locals and tourists because the architecture is beautiful. We are within the Barrio Picasso, a few hundred metres from Teatro Cervantes.

I am from the UK and my husband is Dutch. My son Tif runs and manages our apartments and other companys in spain. We have lived in Malaga since 2016. I am still working as a Child Protection Social Worker and my husband is retired from the Dutch Navy where he was a Helicopter Flight Engineer for 32 years. We are travellers and have lived in 6 countries during the last 9 years.

Calle Montano is the most perfect location because it is quiet but remains in the historic centre. The location to the many tapas bars, restaurants, Cathedral, Museuems and other sights is second to none.
