Everything is in work condition, good TV with usb pan support, hot water, kitchen, refrigerator. Powerful electric heaters. 5th floor with elevator, nice view on mountains and ski slopes from the window.

The location is basically the reason you would choose this property as it was close to the chair lifts but beware; these lifts close very punctually and it's a looong walk back up the hill.... It was steamy hot when you first enter which is great if you want to dry your ski gear. Even though reception was closed most of the time, if you called they would be down in a few minutes to see you. The shower was strong and hot.

Arriving during office hours meant we collected keys in the same block as our apartment. Staff were very helpful both by telephone and in person. Apartment was warm and clean. Basic furnishings, one of the five single beds acted as low sofa :) fit for purpose on all counts

Cheap and great for budget traveller. Parking was icy, but free Ski equipment is better and cheaper NOT by the nearesr rental place which this property offers 10 % for BUT down the main square

Great staff members. We originally booked without parking, an oversight on our part. By the time I enquired, indoor parking was booked up and we were offered a free parking 200m from the property. However, upon arrival, their free parking was unavailable but they then booked an indoor one for €15 a day. An hour or so later, after unloading and driving towards the pay parking, we found a free parking nearby. The staff gave us our €45 back without any hassle and with a smile. Oh, and there's a kettle in the kitchenette. ,

눉when I arrived, the man searched for my reservation number for a long time. three times said that he isn't. 15 minutes later I finally found the reservation number, and said that we would need to go a kilometer farther up the mountain. at the same time he didn't say that there is parking for cars and we went with things uphill. as before I contacted the host on WhatsApp and he didn't answer all my questions (which were 4)

눉It was some quest to find toilet paper and soap. The bathroom needs more lighting near the mirror and needs in the towel racks.

눉The shower only had very little hot water, and on the last day it was icy cold. Other than that, we had three bunkbeds so you are sleeping in the same room.

눉The infrastructure of this apartment is a joke. Room was cold, windows frames have cracks and leak cold air inside. The sofa is dirty and creaky. All the time we had very noisy neigbours. The hot water finishes very quickly. Half of the family had to take a cold shower. Definitely not worth money they ask for it

눉The top bunk did not have a safety bar, to which they replied 'none of their bunk beds had the bar...' I therefore had to use a dirty pull out bed which was a brownie grey instead of white. (traveled with husband and 2 children) The massive gap under the main door to our room allowed all the smoke from the corridor to fill our room - no one was around to monitor. I didn't mind but if you are sensitive to noise.... this is a loud place; music till 3-4 in the morning and very thin walls.

눉Location of office and flat difficult to find. Snow and Ice blocked the parking. I had to shovel clear in the rain. No drying facilities. Water drips from ceiling. TV didn't work properly

눉Two flights of external Entrance stairs before reaching elevator. High winds during our stay caused blinds to make a horrid noise. Not sure if much can be done other than to take ear plugs!

눉There were burn marks on the bathroom door where the heater had caught fire and burn marks on the table, and not way to control the heaters in the property(timers or heat)
