Company information

At the level of the living room there is a large terrace with a table equipped to accommodate up to12 people to be able to have lunch or dinner outside in luxury with views of the pool and the sea! The larger lower pool allows the whole family to enjoy a refreshing swim or a few laps with ample space. The pool area is also surrounded by another large terrace with sun lounges to relax and enjoy the sun! From this level, there is also convenient access to a bathroom with shower. Moreover, from living room terrace, the lower pool can be perfectly visualized for those who want to keep a watch on the younger members of the family. On this main floor there is also a beautiful bedroom, especially designed for those wishing to avoid stairs. The next floor hosts the main bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master suite of more than 18m2 along with an ensuite bathroom with another 15m2. The room has a large private 'level' terrace with stunning sea views equipped with outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the great sunrise and / or sunset that seems to come straight out of a magazine! The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a 'waterfall' tap and even offers views of the sea!

The living & dining rooms offer a large space of more than 70M2 surrounded by spectacular views further enhanced by the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows of almost 3 meters in height offering a sense of actually floating in the sea! It also enjoys a full working fireplace for those colder winter nights and an impressive 86' smart TV prepared with latest in streaming and entertainment services! The next large space on this floor is the 25m2 kitchen offering the latest in high-end appliances and a large 'island' in the middle allowing meals to be prepared with ease and abundant space avoiding stress during mealtime.

It is surrounded by panoramic views of the sea and Sitges and also offers additional outdoor terrace space with access to the highest part of the house giving the feeling of being suspended on a balcony above the sea! The loft is divided into two spaces, one with almost 40m2 with a king size bed and a separate sitting area with a comfortable leather couch and armchair surrounded by breathtaking views, along with another separate 25m2 loft area with 2 single beds with a skylight and views to the back garden! But it does NOT end here! The great 'secret' of the house is its back garden
