Great location next to Mercado de Colon, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Room and bathroom was great. Breakfast was good and the gentleman in the breakfast very helpful, I complained about people using the same tongues for scrambled eggs and bacon and as I am vegetarian wasn't good so he cooked me some fresh scrambled eggs delivered to my table promptly. The staff at the reception were smiling and helpful and both spoke perfect English.

The hotel is very central. Everything in the hotel is brand new and very clean. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious.

The room was very comfortable, massive TV screen and a coffee machine. The location is good as it's about midway between the old historic centre and the new Park of Arts & Science and very near the wonderful Turia Garden. Also, there are restaurants nearby if you don't want to go to the centre including the Mercado Colón, which is no longer a market but a venue for cafés and restaurants. The reception staff are very welcoming, helpful and efficient - we mainly had Marcos, who is great.

The location is perfect for central Valencia. Public transport in Valencia is really good so you can get to the beach, for example, in no time. The hotel itself is very clean and new-looking. everything worked well. We were visiting family who lived nearby but did not sample the breakfast but we did walk past it each morning and it looked tempting.
