Great location and plenty space. Loved having a balcony view of the old town. The gent on reception with the pony tail really helpful and friendly. The bike rental good value day out. Handy luggage store. Good staying in the old town and able to get a train to the beach for a day trip.

We got a two level apartment with a terrace & 2 balconies which we didn't expect! There was plenty of room for three people. The flat was clean, central, and well equipped. Staff at the reception was very nice. We were able to leave the bags before check in/after check out. They also let us know when the flat was ready which was much appreciated. The flat had amazing views from the balconies.

The apartment itself was comfortable (1st floor, app #2, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, wide balcony), big enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, kitchen and facilities (we were cooking some food ourselves) , clean and warm ( big thank you for heaters, in Jan it was cold during the night). Reception is working from 9:30 till 13:30 and 16:00 till 20:00h, make sure you address your issues within mentioned timeframes.

We got a different apartment than booked as in this one heating was not working. The final apartment was very spacious however had only two beds + sofa. We booked this apartment because of three beds, at the reception we were told the new one can fit everyone, never mentioning it includes the sofa, which was a pity. Anyway the location of the other place was also good (still in the old town), the apartment itself was very clean. Kitchen utensils were very limited, but enough for a short stay. There was also a washing machine available.
