I really like the look of the apartment beautifully clean and modern. Everything you needed including a communal washing machine. Small swimming pool that made the relaxing mood even better and everything was near by. Main party streets but also the bus station with connections to other parts of the island. I travelled alone this time but defenetly I will stay here again.

Great communication with the host on arrival, nothing was too much trouble when we had a few questions throughout our stay, including giving me numbers for taxis, helping with nearby facilities and help with our room. Rooms were very spacious, good kitchen facilities for what we needed- if your a group that's not actually going to be spending much time at the apartment then its perfect. Clean and comfy bedrooms, quiet for the little sleep you do get in Ibiza as well! Good location close to main strip, taxi rank for big clubs and local places to eat.

We are a family owned property. All the 14 apartments have new mattress and air conditioning units. Since we took over the management in 2015, last renovation was 2023- was renovated all kitchens and all floors. 2019 January- was renovated All apartments bathrooms. 2018 January -was renovated pool and terrace around pool. We don't providing free Daily housekeeping, if it necessary can be provided with extra fee every day. If reservation is more than 5 days, we cleaning apartment in middle of your stay for free. Kitchen is not included. The towels, if you need we can change every day by request. We look forward to you staying with us.
The Aparthotel is central but at the same time in a quiet area. The best beaches are 10 minutes by car, or you can walk to the port and get one of the many little boat ferries that will take you for 10 euro to top secluded beaches. As well, we have a very nice local fish and fruit market just 1 minute walk from the Aparthotel.
